Summer Reading Academy
Reading To Succeed Summer Opportunities To Learn
The summer Reading Academy was established in 2011 and is a free, three-week proactive reading program for students in grades K-5. Students will improve fluency and reading stamina in order to enhance comprehension and reading skills. Students will have fun engaging with interactive texts that support lifelong literacy development. Poetry plays, and story read aloud are a part of the Summer Reading Academy.
